Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Implement Process Improvements: Analyze and optimize shipping and receiving processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a shipping and receiving role
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
