About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at 2503722 Ontario Limited o/a Maximum Auto Parts. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize inventory management and supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
