We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
  • Task Organization: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing inventory levels, supply chain performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
