About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at The Lamb Company. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and maintenance of our inventory, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
