Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at 9932186 CANADA LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies throughout our distribution centre.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Co-ordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and supplies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of inventory control staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, such as stock discrepancies and supply chain disruptions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in inventory control software and Microsoft Office applications.
