About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at The Lamb Company. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and management of our inventory, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including arranging for maintenance and repair work, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide technical advice and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
