Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide staff including apprentices and team members.

  • Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate activities of grocery clerks and shelf stockers to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage cash handling processes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with suppliers to maintain product availability.
