As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
- Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Personal Suitability: Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
