Customer Service Advocate

Mass Markets is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our team.
About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and timely manner, listening to customers' needs, and resolving issues promptly. You will also be required to research systems to find missing information, coordinate with other departments, and follow established processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Listen to customers' needs and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments as needed
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
- Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal data
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer preferred
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment
- State or Federal work experience
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage options, paid time off, regular raises, advancement opportunities, and more.
