Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, increasing revenue and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer base.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in using computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
