Customer Experience Advocate

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our Mass Markets team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
**Job Summary:**
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. **Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications)
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
