Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at PN RESEARCH AND CONSULTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:


  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Reliability and time management skills
  • Team player with efficient interpersonal skills

Work Environment:


  • Private sector
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
