Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to discuss their business needs and provide advice on BDC services.
- Develop and execute action plans aligned with the Business Centre's objectives to ensure client growth and retention.
- Analyze, negotiate, and present financing proposals while exercising credit judgment.
- Network within various associations and chambers of commerce to develop business relationships and acquire new clients.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or business administration.
- Prior experience in business development and a strong network in the business community.
- The ability to identify business issues and needs for entrepreneurs.
- Excellent negotiation skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of achieving goals.
