Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to discuss their business needs and provide advice on BDC services.
  • Develop and execute action plans aligned with the Business Centre's objectives to ensure client growth and retention.
  • Analyze, negotiate, and present financing proposals while exercising credit judgment.
  • Network within various associations and chambers of commerce to develop business relationships and acquire new clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or business administration.
  • Prior experience in business development and a strong network in the business community.
  • The ability to identify business issues and needs for entrepreneurs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of achieving goals.
