Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Court Animal Hospital. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and digital, and ensure that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events, and ensure that all schedules are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Office Administration: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and other duties as assigned.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our staff and management team, including preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
