Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks related to patient care, including:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Completing insurance and other claim forms
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
