As a Legal Counsel, Corporate, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Your role will involve providing strategic advice on corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with senior management and other departments to support the business in various areas, including fintech, compliance, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support business objectives;
  • Negotiate and draft complex contracts, including MSAs and SOWs;
  • Collaborate with external counsel to address legal issues and risks;
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on their impact on the business;
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and policies;
