Executive Counsel for Pharmaceutical Law

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the legal landscape of our pharmaceutical business. Our company is committed to creating healthier futures, and we rely on exceptional individuals like you to help us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services to support the growth and success of our business.
- You will have management responsibilities for a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- You will be expected to handle complex legal projects, matters, and issues, requiring excellent technical legal skills and expertise.
- You will need to possess strong project management skills to oversee mixed legal and business initiatives, including contract negotiations and preparation.
- You will represent our company in significant business transactions and matters, often leading or participating in negotiations with external partners.
- You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a lawyer, combined with expertise in one or more specialty areas of legal practice (e.g., litigation, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and commercial law, securities law, privacy law, health law, technology law, or employment and labor law).
- Law Degree - must be a graduate of an accredited law school and admitted into the state bar.
- You should possess strong commercial drafting skills, the ability to support complex commercial initiatives, and be comfortable supervising outside lawyers engaged to work on matters for our company.
- You should have extensive knowledge of healthcare, regulatory and corporate law, regulations and procedures, as well as litigation, anti-trust laws, and contract negotiation and preparation.
- You should be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, demonstrate very good to excellent communication and information sharing with all levels of associates, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- You should also have strong leadership skills, organizational skills; attention to detail, and the ability to follow and interpret legal trends.
