About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing seat-specific ordering to minimize food waste.
- Offer menu recommendations and provide exceptional knowledge of our offerings.
- Monitor the cleanliness of your section and maintain a high level of organization.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
- Follow all food safety standards and systems.
- Go above and beyond for special requests and celebrations, taking food preferences and guest allergies seriously.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment.
- Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
- High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Organizational skills, sales ability, and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent, professional communication skills and high level of product knowledge.
