Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fine Dining Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly answer questions about food, beverage, wine, and other restaurant functions and services
  • Assist with food running, ensuring plates arrive at the correct table
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
  • Communicate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seating
  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
  • Ensure condiments are pre-portioned and fridges are stocked with essentials
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of waste and recycling
  • Communicate guest comments and information to Servers to ensure a positive experience
