Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fine Dining Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge of our menu, wine list, and restaurant functions to guests
  • Assist with food running, ensuring plates are delivered to the correct guests
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
  • Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to maximize seating and ensure a smooth service
  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
  • Ensure condiments are pre-portioned and fridges are stocked with essentials
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of waste and recycling
  • Communicate guest comments and information to servers to ensure a positive experience
