Hotel Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Wyndham Garden Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account individual guest preferences and needs.
- Take, cancel and change room reservations as per guest requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Offer recommendations on local points of interest and activities, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to emergency and safety procedures, ensuring a secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30-44 hours per week.
- Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
