Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Wyndham Garden Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account the specific needs of each group.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as necessary.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with any issues or concerns they may have during their stay.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures as outlined in our hotel's emergency plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Client focus, organized, and ability to work in a team environment.
