Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at 2659402 Ontario Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Staff Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
