Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs.

  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
