About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at AGTA HOME HEALTH CARE SIMCOE COUNTY INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
    • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
    • Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
    • Approve overall human resources planning
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Area of Work Experience
    • Management experience in a healthcare or related field
  • Area of Specialization
    • Accounting and financial services experience
  • Security and Safety
    • Criminal record check required
