Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our Client Service Centre team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, educating clients on their auto insurance needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information on auto insurance products and services
  • Educate clients on their auto insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Level 1 General Insurance License
  • 6+ months of previous insurance experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
