Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Insurance Consultant to join our Client Support Center. In this role, you will engage with clients in the Lower Mainland, addressing their inquiries and providing essential information regarding auto insurance.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Level 1 General Insurance License
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the insurance sector
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles
Key Responsibilities
- Assist over 100,000 auto insurance clients in the Greater Vancouver area
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications from our Client Support Center
- Respond to client inquiries and deliver information on auto insurance through multiple channels
- Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm, Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm
