Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at ONE WEST AUTO LTD. as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ordering and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including work logs and customer information.
- Communication: Provide directory assistance, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and perform other communication-related tasks.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The Receptionist will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
