Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's commitment to quality and freshness
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to support our menu offerings
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety
    • Implement and maintain food safety protocols to prevent contamination and foodborne illness
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize profitability
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that they are in line with our budget
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
    • Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
