At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including supervising other workers, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
