Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at WORLD KITCHEN CABINET LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize their skills and abilities
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • This position does not require Canadian work experience
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
