The Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned HR expert seeking to drive organisational growth and transformation? As a Senior HR Business Partner at our privately owned real estate business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and driving key initiatives that support our evolving needs.

This exciting opportunity combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focusing on management development, succession planning, and organisational design. You will work closely with leadership teams to align HR practices with business goals, foster a positive culture, and lead talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  2. Culture Embedment: Lead initiatives to embed our company culture and values as we continue to grow and expand.
  3. Succesion Planning: Develop and implement succession planning and talent review processes to ensure continuity and growth within the organisation.
  4. Management Development: Design and deliver management development programs and competency frameworks to enhance leadership skills and capabilities.
  5. Organisational Design: Advise on organisational design and structure to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. HR Initiatives: Implement HR initiatives across culture, learning & development, rewards, talent acquisition, and performance management to drive continuous improvement in people practices.
  7. Employee Relations: Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  8. HR Data Analysis: Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement in people practices and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a growing and entrepreneurial business.
  2. Location: Must be able to work full-time, 4 days in the West London office with some travel when required.
  3. Expertise: Expertise in management development and competency frameworks is essential.
  4. Track Record: A successful track record of delivering HR projects that improve employee engagement and retention is required.
  5. Employment Law: Strong knowledge of employment law is necessary.
  6. Data-Driven Approach: Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to HR solutions is expected.

Working Pattern:

  1. Onsite Work: 4 days per week onsite at a central office location (West London).
  2. Travel: Occasional travel to other company locations in the UK may be required.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
