Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with our organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, executives, and external partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration, with a focus on strategic growth and transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
