About the Opportunity:

As a key member of our HR team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and driving initiatives to support organisational growth.

You will partner with leadership teams to align HR practices with business goals, foster a positive culture, and lead talent development initiatives.

This position requires strategic oversight combined with hands-on execution, focusing on management development, succession planning, and organisational design.

Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing employee engagement and ensuring HR practices align with our evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.
  2. Culture and Values: Lead initiatives to embed our company culture and values as the business grows.
  3. Talent Review: Develop and implement succession planning and talent review processes.
  4. Management Development: Design and deliver management development programs and competency frameworks.
  5. Organisational Design: Advise on organisational design and structure.
  6. HR Initiatives: Implement HR initiatives across culture, learning & development, rewards, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  7. Employee Relations: Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  8. Data-Driven Approach: Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement in people practices.

Requirements:

  1. Strategic HR Experience: Proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a growing and entrepreneurial business.
  2. Flexibility: Ability to work full-time, 4 days in the London office with some travel when required.
  3. Management Development Expertise: Expertise in management development and competency frameworks.
  4. Succession Planning: Successful track record of delivering HR projects that improve employee engagement and retention.
  5. Employment Law Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment law.
  6. Commercial Acumen: Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to HR solutions.

Working Pattern:

  1. Onsite Work: 4 days per week onsite at a central office location (West London).
  2. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to other company locations in the UK.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
