Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A post-secondary degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $101,663.73 - $130,189.79 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, and employee assistance program.
