Marketing & Product Manager

We are a well-established leader in the dry cleaning and commercial laundry industry in Toronto, with over 40 years of experience. As we continue to expand, we are introducing a new, innovative service that aims to enhance convenience and quality for our customers.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Product Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our new service. The ideal candidate will drive marketing efforts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure the product meets market demands, and prepare for a successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to introduce a new, customer-centric service in the dry-cleaning industry.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, including social media and influencer engagement, to build brand awareness and attract customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product & service features and localization align with customer needs and company goals.
  • Work closely with our partners to secure market placements and promotional opportunities for the service.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
  • Use your cultural and industrial knowledge to tailor marketing efforts to diverse communities, with a particular focus on key markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer engagement, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Fluency in English required; French and/or Chinese language is a strong asset.
