We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Lead. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and development.

About the Role:

  • Participate in defining strategic directions and identify market best practices to drive risk, advice, and customer service excellence through multi-channel strategy.
  • Develop strategies with various business partners to achieve financial performance targets and drive business plan success.
  • Lead healthy team management by fostering a mobilizing climate and creating opportunities for employee growth and skill development.
  • Act as a transformation leader, managing change proactively and effectively, and empowering employees to adapt to new situations.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to the organization's success.

Your Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of business banking products and services.
  • Experience in sales team management and coaching.
  • Relevant experience in a business advisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and change management skills.
  • Strong capacity for influence and mobilization.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is an asset.
