Job Title: Client Support Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Team Lead to join our team at the Business Development Bank of Canada. As a Client Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Support Coordinators and providing support to employees located in Edmonton, Grand Prairie, Red Deer, and Fort Mc Murray.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Client Support Coordinators
- Provide administrative support and enable business development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide optimal support to stakeholders
- Work closely with the Vice President and Business Centre Managers on strategic and operational plans

Requirements:
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in client-facing and/or client support and/or team leadership
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Deep understanding of CLICS and other BDC utilized applications
- Excellent computer skills and advanced Web skills
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
