About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Tableau Bar Bistro. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Cost Management: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that meet quality standards and cater to diverse tastes.
  • Staff Development: Provide coaching and training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
