About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Maenam. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menus.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
