Administrative Officer: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at NJ Tax & Accounting Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
