Job SummaryThe Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative duties, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to support staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role requires someone who is flexible, organized, and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have experience working in an office environment and possess the ability to prioritize tasks, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff as needed
- Establish work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Degree or diploma in business administration or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
