Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and visitor greetings.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely reminders.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and manage office documentation efficiently.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management, utilizing MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment.
