Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Saint-Georges. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage our office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office documentation, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using your excellent communication and organizational skills to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
