About Us

Primary Care Alberta is a newly created organization responsible for coordinating and delivering primary health care services province-wide. Our mission is to provide residents and families with access to the day-to-day healthcare they need, reducing the pressure on emergency departments and ensuring better outcomes for all.

Job Description

The successful candidate will possess a master's degree in a healthcare profession, healthcare management or business administration. With more than ten (10) years of senior management experience in healthcare operations, you will bring valuable insights to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic recommendations on clinic operations and service delivery to the CEO and executive team
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local, provincial, and national representatives and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement operational plans, programs, and initiatives for primary care services

In this pivotal role, you will directly impact the organization's successful launch while supporting and delivering the vision of accessible, high-quality care for all Albertans.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a healthcare profession, healthcare management or business administration
  • More than ten (10) years of senior management experience in healthcare operations
  • Health leadership experience at a provincial level, preferably within an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000 CAD, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Location

This position can be located anywhere in Alberta, allowing you to work remotely or from our office locations.
