About the Opportunity

Alberta Health Services is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join their multidisciplinary cancer program located at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre and the Foothills Hospital site of the Calgary Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality radiation oncology care to patients
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive cancer care
  • Participate in clinical trials and translational research programs
Requirements:
  • MD degree and Canadian specialist certification in Radiation Oncology, or equivalent
  • Eligibility for licensure as a specialist by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
  • Appointment within the Department of Oncology at the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical and research experience in brachytherapy
Salary and Benefits:
