Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary range of $35.87/hour - $43.82/hour, with opportunities for advancement as a Regular Employee. Please note that Provisional Permit Holders will be paid at a lower rate until they are registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.

About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing assessments, case coordination, and direct care to clients in their own residences or alternate care settings. You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Please note that recent experience in Home Care or a related field is an asset. Additionally, proficiency in electronic health records and intermediate computer skills are required.
