Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Internal Sales to oversee our nationwide inside sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing inside sales strategies, ensuring excellent relationships with clients, and maintaining consistency in our inside sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Inside Sales Strategies: Align with our company's overall objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and Train Inside Sales Representatives: Set clear goals, provide continuous support, and maximize performance.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and intervene in case of complaints or complex issues.
  • Improve Internal Sales Processes: Identify and implement improvements, including technology and CRM tools.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, provide regular reports, and propose corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Management Experience: Proven experience managing a team spread across multiple locations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism is required, as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
