Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to oversee our nationwide inside sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase inside sales, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Train and lead a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing continuous support to maximize performance.
- Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
- Identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools.
- Ensure ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, provide regular reports to management, and propose corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
- Bilingualism is required, as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
