Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to oversee our nationwide inside sales team at Sani Marc Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Lead Sales Team: Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Language: Bilingualism is required, with the ability to manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
